Workshop cars are used to research upgrades and craft equipment for train personnel.
In-game description:
Workshop car is the base for the development and production of new equipment. If you want to craft ammunition, upgrade weapons and uniforms, you must have a workshop car. There's room for up to four engineers. However, to unlock the car's full potential, it will need to be upgraded.
Function[]
The workshop car is used to upgrade weapons, uniforms and other equipment used by legion. It can craft ammunition and various explosives; it is not able however to manufacture weapons.
